1995年、東京生まれ。両親の仕事の関係で5歳で中国・北京へと移住。2017年、清華大学法学院及び経済管理学院（ダブルディグリー）を卒業し、同大学院公共管理学院（公共政策大学院）に進学。2020年に日本と東南アジアをベースとした独立系ベンチャーキャピタルであるEast Venturesに参画し、スタートアップ投資と投資先の支援業務などを行う。2023年にAsu Capital Partnersを共同創業。
Born in 1995 in Tokyo, Hideo moved to Beijing, China, at the age of five due to his parents’ work. In 2017, he graduated from Tsinghua University with a double degree in Law and Business Management and continued his studies at the university’s School of Public Policy and Management.
In 2020, he joined East Ventures, a leading venture capital firm based in Japan and Southeast Asia, where he was involved in startup investments and oversea fundraising. In 2023, he co-founded Asu Capital Partners, a venture capital firm focused on “Japan to Global”.
